"Pricier than it should be"
I didn’t feel like this was worth the money. The quality was average, and compared to what other people seem to be getting from similar products, the price felt way too high for what I received.

"Website was such a hassle to use"
I had a frustrating time with the website. The pages loaded slowly, the menus were confusing, and checkout kept glitching right when I was trying to finish my order. I reached out for help, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address what I was asking. Overall, it made the whole process way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Support made a bad order experience even worse"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service, but it took forever to get a response. When they finally replied, it felt like they were just sending copy-and-paste answers and not really reading what I was saying. What bothered me most was that they made it seem like the problem was somehow my fault, instead of actually trying to fix it. Super frustrating, especially considering the price. I expected a lot better.

"Sizing just didn’t work for me"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being way too loose in the waist and fit kind of strangely around the shoulders. The fabric seemed nice enough, so I did wonder if maybe I picked the wrong size somehow, but I had checked the sizing chart and it really didn’t help much. In the end, I just had to return it

"I bought this from Sleeper and... yeah..."
I bought this from Sleeper and... yeah, I was disappointed. It looked nice at first. I wore it a few times, nothing crazy, just normal use. Then the fabric started looking kind of worn already, and one of the seams came loose. For what it cost, I really thought it would last longer. Just not the quality I was hoping for.

At first it seemed fine, but this is where it got annoying: after only a short time, the seams started coming loose. The stitching looked rough up close, and it just didn’t feel like it was made to last

"Dealing with the exchange hassle again"
I’m still waiting on my exchange i’m getting tired of going through this same kind of issue again. There haven’t been any clear updates, so I’m just stuck wondering what’s happening. The whole process has been way more of a headache than it should be.

"The color looked way different in person than..."
The color looked way different in person than it did in the pictures, which was annoying. I was expecting one shade and got something else entirely. That said, it’s not a terrible color, and I might still use it, but it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was buying.

"The reputation kinda put me off"
I was pretty much about to order from the-sleeper.com, but then I poked around a bit and saw a bunch of not-so-great comments about it. There were just too many complaints and weird vibes, or at least that’s how it came across to me. Maybe it works out fine for some people, but the reputation made me feel like I probably shouldn’t risk my money.

I ended up getting hit with extra duties when the package arrived, even though it wasn’t made clear before checkout. what a joke. If there are going to be extra charges, they should be upfront about it before you pay

"Should’ve Trusted My First Impression"
I really wanted this to work, but right away the fabric felt scratchy and the fit just seemed off. I kept telling myself maybe I’d get used to it, but I should’ve trusted my gut. I woke up uncomfortable and kept having to adjust it through the night. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it was just frustrating to wear.

"Rough fabric and not worth the hassle"
I really wanted to like this pajama set, but the fabric was a letdown right away. It felt rough against my skin, not soft or cozy like I was expecting at all.

I wore it for one evening and couldn’t wait to change out of it. The seams around the sleeves made the scratchy feeling even worse, which was annoying.

For the price, I expected much better quality, and when I reached out about it, I had to chase them for a response too. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it just wasn’t comfy and definitely wasn’t worth the hassle.

The box showed up really badly crushed, which ruined the whole experience for me. I mentioned the packaging issue, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read my message or cared enough to respond properly

"Wish I hadn’t wasted time checking back"
I was really disappointed because everything I actually wanted ended up being out of stock. The site still shows a lot of nice-looking items, but once you click in, the sizes are gone. I kept checking back for days hoping something would come back, and I regret spending the time on it because nothing changed

"Return process felt really disorganized"
I returned my order expecting the refund to be straightforward, but it’s been a mess so far. I’m still waiting for my money back, and from the tone of the updates I’ve gotten, it feels like nobody is really taking ownership of it. Frustrating experience

I ordered two items, but one came in the wrong size and the other didn’t show up at all. I emailed customer service twice and it still hasn’t been sorted out. It’s frustrating, and it’s made me trust the company a lot less than I did before

"Delivery was a letdown"
The product itself might be fine, but in my case the delivery really let me down. It arrived late, and I didn’t get clear updates along the way, which made the whole thing more frustrating. If you’re not in a rush, it might not be a big deal, but I wouldn’t rely on it when timing matters...

the shipping was really slow, like way longer then I thought it would be. The tracking updates didn’t help much either, they was kinda vague. By the time it finally got here, I was already annoyed...
